Description
Frizzy lettuce is a lettuce which has compact, heavy heads with a high count of uniform leaves at maturity. Leaves have an attractive edging and are the perfect shape, size, and texture for sandwiches, with excellent crunch and weight. The leaf shape and texture is reminiscent of the French heirloom lettuce named ‘Reine des Glaces.’
